If you've created a data request and it is not yet complete, you may cancel it by navigating to the data request then to the Invitations tab and clicking on "Expire Invitation".  Expiring an invitation will stop all reminder emails and texts to the user.

Please note, for our customers generating orders to MeasureOne via third-party platforms like TazWorks and Accio, that order cancellations made on those platforms do not automatically cancel orders on MeasureOne.  Furthermore, if you sent us the order but choose to work on the background check outside of MeasureOne, the user will continue to get reminder emails/texts from us.  For both of these cases, you would have to manually cancel orders on MeasureOne to stop reminder emails to your users (applicants).
