Some companies like background screening companies may be creating data requests on MeasureOne on behalf of third-parties, e.g. the client of the background screening company.  For example, background screening company XYZ is creating a data request to a user to verify employment at company ABC on behalf of company LMN who is the user’s prospective employer.  In this case, the Third-party Requester is “company LMN”.  Inputting the Third-party Requester in this field will include this company in the email/text communication to the user.
