Onboarding is the process by which we enable our systems to acquire, extract, and process data from online systems. It is a continuous process for new and existing data sources. A data source may require onboarding for one of the following reasons.
Our system detects:
- a new data source (like a payroll system) or a new instance of a data source specific to the institution
- a new document format or type in a data source
- a new multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- a new URL to an onboarded data source
- any other system issues that may prevent us from accessing the customer's data
We follow this process so that we can, in theory, connect to 100% of the data sources. The onboarding process may take up to 24 hours. Once onboarded, all data processing is fully automated and delivered within seconds.
