MeasureOne is not a database and, therefore, relies on our users (e.g. applicants) to permission their data to be shared with the requesting organizations.  MeasureOne sends the data request via email/text to the users as soon as we receive the order but it is up to the user to act on that request.  This accounts for the biggest "delay" in our process although our data shows that most users complete the data request within 24 hours.  Once the user connects their account on MeasureOne, in most cases, we complete the report within seconds.  In some cases, after the user connects their account, we may have to do some "onboarding".
